There is no harmful interaction between Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C. In fact, these water-soluble vitamins are often found together in the same supplement (such as Berocca or multivitamin tablets) because they work well together to support energy levels and the immune system.

Both Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C are water-soluble. This means they do not build up in the body; instead, the body uses what it needs and flushes out any excess through urine. They do not interfere with each other's absorption or metabolism.
