Why this happens
Glucosamine is an amino sugar used by the body to build cartilage, while magnesium is a mineral involved in over 300 enzyme reactions, including muscle and nerve function. They do not share the same metabolic pathways in the liver, nor do they interfere with each other's absorption in the digestive tract.
What you should do
